Service Cancellation
If you need to cancel a research service before work has begun, you may request a full refund. Once research has commenced, cancellation terms will be discussed based on the progress made and work completed.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a service. We will work with you to find a fair resolution based on the circumstances.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be available in the following circumstances:
- Service cancellation before research work begins
- Failure to deliver agreed-upon services
- Significant deviation from the agreed research plan without client approval
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of service completion or cancellation. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine appropriate resolution.
Research Results
Genealogy research results are based on available records and documentation. We conduct thorough research but cannot guarantee that all desired information will be found or that all relationships can be verified.
If you have concerns about research results, please contact us to discuss. We are committed to addressing legitimate concerns and may offer additional research or adjustments when appropriate.
Digital Deliverables
Research reports and documentation are provided in digital formats. Once delivered, these materials are considered provided services. Refunds for digital deliverables are subject to the same terms as other services.

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
